Job Description

Executive Assistant C-Suite Support

About : is an InsurTech startup aiming to revolutionize the enterprise insurance market. Our technology simplifies the process for insurance brokers to identify optimal coverage for their clients continuously and this is just the beginning. Our mission is to revolutionize underwriting for better faster and smarter processes. As we pursue this goal we are implementing a data-driven business model that fundamentally reshapes how insurance products are sold. Established in 2018 is Venture-backed and based in New York.

Note: This role is 100% on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in New York City.

Position Overview

As an Executive Assistant at you will provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to our C-level executives enabling them to optimize their time and effectiveness. You will serve as a critical liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders while managing complex schedules communications and projects that drive our companys mission forward.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree

  • 2-3 years of experience directly supporting C-level executives

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in InsurTech FinTech or related industries

  • Previous startup experience

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and executive productivity tools

  • Experience coordinating board meetings and investor relations

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars including scheduling meetings calls and travel arrangements

  • Coordinate and prepare materials for executive meetings board meetings and presentations

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • Draft and edit correspondence reports and other communications on behalf of executives

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives at the executive level

  • Plan and execute company events executive retreats and team-building activities

  • Manage expense reports and administrative budgets

  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively provide solutions

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in an executive support role

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

  • Experience managing confidential information with discretion

  • Proficiency with calendar management and travel coordination
