Job Description
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts regularly.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets profit & loss statements and VAT returns.
- Process employee expense claims and reimbursements.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Liaise with external auditors vendors and internal departments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and practices.
Qualifications :
- Proven work experience (1-3 years) as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
- Currently ongoing ACCA studies or similar.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics NAV).
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
