Job Description
2/Service description:
The Monitoring & AIOps team ensures end-to-end observability and proactive incident management through monitoring automation and performance analytics for Entities Products and Global Operations Control.
3/Deliverables:
Assess GO and Opcos products needs in terms of observability and monitoring.
Design and implement the appropriate solutions to onboard new scopes to the Dynatrace platform.
Contribute to the end-to-end monitoring view by providing alerts and metrics related to covered scopes.
4/Expertises:
Dynatrace certification
Azure and/or AWS certification
Dynatrace Monaco
Javascript
Architecture
* Years of expertise were looking for: A minimal of 4 years of expertise with Dynatrace.
* The tools needed or mandatory expertise:
- Expertise in monitoring Azure or AWS with Dynatrace with a good expertise of the cloud side.
- Expertise with new dynatrace capabilities like DQL Workflow Guardian ...
- Ability to design a solution that include multiple components & system.
