Job Description
Senior Community Reablement Officer
Grade 8 (38934 - 40755)
You will also need to show understanding of supporting clients to maintain independence choice wellbeing and their potential use of community services. Assisting the Active Reablement Manager in ensuring a total quality regulated reablement service is provided to people referred to the service for reablement provision in a community based setting. Sometimes deputising for the Active Reablement Manager according to the needs of the service and rota arrangements.
The service is part of a Borough wide delivery of Reablement services which is part of the Croydons Living Independently For Everyone (LIFE) service.
The service provides a 7 day service on a shift rota basis.
Successful applicants will be given the opportunity to attain their CQC recognised Care Certificate.
All applicants should be an essential car user hold a current clean driving licence and be able to travel across the borough.
Successful applicants will be required to have an Enhanced DBS
