Your mission
The Bikeleasing Group has grown into a leading corporate group for employer benefits and mobility solutions. It consists of six specialized companies including multi-benefit providers leasing and insurance service providers and retailers for refurbished bikes. With our continuous profitable growth and expansion we are on an exciting technical transformation our agile cross-functional team youll take on a key role as a (Senior) Product Designer (gn) ensuring that our software delivers real value and is easy for users to navigate. Together with the team youll passionately help shape the future of user-centered product design. You understand how crucial a great user experience is and you know exactly how to identify the pain points that matter most to users Then we look forward to receiving your application!
- You drive our transformation into a user-centered company and ensure that our users have the simplest and most intuitive experience possible throughout their journey with our service
- As part of end-to-end design you create a seamless user experience that delights our users and contributes to the success of our company
- You break down complex multifaceted problems into simple effective solutions and guide them from concept to completion. Your problem-solving skills will be key to driving innovation
- You ensure a consistent user-friendly design across all touchpoints through our design doing so you work closely with our frontend developers and product design team
- You actively engage and communicate with our cross-functional teams and management to tackle complex user flows and commercial projects
Your profile
- You have several years of hands-on experience as a Product Designer UX Designer or in a similar role
- Youre well-versed in user-centered design principles and methods and youre proficient in design and prototyping tools like Figma or similar
- You bring solid professional experience in creating and maintaining design systems
- You have strong communication and facilitation skills
- Youre fluent in both English (C1) and German (C1)
