Were looking for a Client Services Manager to join our amazing team in Dublin on a 12 month fixed term maternity cover. This role is central to bringing ambitious campaigns to life from podcasts and video series to social activations and more. Youll work closely with Irelands biggest brands liaising with clients internal stakeholders and third parties to deliver high-impact multi-platform campaigns.
On a day-to-day basis youll collaborate with marketing teams from some of the countrys most recognisable names to ensure their messages reach our audiences in the most effective and engaging ways possible. A key part of this role is being the expert in the room the person clients turn to for reassurance strategic guidance and opportunities to elevate their campaigns even further.
Working directly with our Client strategy director you will execute detailed media plans ensuring all campaign elements are delivered as promised while providing clients with regular updates performance insights and recommendations. This is a truly rewarding role allowing a well rounded mix of creativity partnership and collaboration all rolled into one fantastic role!
This is a hybrid position working two days per week from our hub in Dublin.

What youll need to succeed
Were looking for individuals with a solid track record of sales/account management within the media industry. Ideally youll have experience in production - Podcast Video Social would all be a massive advantage.
It is essential that youre a team player with the ability to work collaboratively within a fast paced team. If youre the type to be happiest in a project management style role overseeing multiple projects and travelling between photo shoots/video shoots then this will be ideal for you!
Youll be confident in a client facing role as the go to person - its key that you are a strong communicator and are confident in setting expectations establishing and building relationships will be one of your biggest strengths.
