Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a critical transformation initiative. This role requires strong stakeholder management coordination across technology and business functions and hands-on delivery oversight. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful migration of functions from existing platforms to new solutions driving operational efficiency and cost savings.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact coordinating across IT business stakeholders and partner teams.
Manage project dependencies timelines and risks across multiple workstreams.
Develop track and maintain the overall project plan ensuring milestones are delivered on time.
Liaise with vendors to confirm requirements and align on solution delivery.
Partner with IT and procurement to secure commercially viable solutions.
Oversee technology and business implementation including development testing training and readiness.
Prepare and facilitate governance forums including steering committees and working groups.
Experience & Skills Required
35 years experience in business analysis plus 35 years in project management.
Strong technology background with exposure to AI technologies.
Experience in financial services operations ideally in payments or client onboarding.
Proven ability to manage complex platform migrations involving multiple sub-projects.
Excellent stakeholder engagement vendor management and governance experience.
Strong communication leadership and organizational skills.
