Job Description

Role Type: Full time Permanent (although flexible/part time working requests will be considered)

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for stakeholder engagement and service excellence Were looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our Asset Strategy team as a Contracts and Services Coordinator.

About the Role

As a Contracts and Services Co-ordinator youll play a vital role in supporting the Head of Asset Strategy Contracts Manager and Heat and Utilities Manager. Youll ensure smooth service delivery across all Asset Strategy areas by:

  • Coordinating meetings with suppliers and third parties

  • Managing data and performance reporting

  • Supporting organisational projects and continuous improvement

  • Building strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Following up on meeting actions and ensuring timely responses

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support across the Asset Strategy team

  • Schedule and minute meetings track actions and monitor performance

  • Maintain accurate records in Asprey including contractor data and certifications

  • Support the development of improved processes and customer service delivery

  • Represent bpha professionally in external meetings

What Were Looking For

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

  • Experience with data management and performance tracking

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Understanding of contract management and social housing (desirable)

  • Experience in minute-taking report writing and administrative support
