Quvia is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as a trusted technical advisor to our Cruise & Ferry customers who are focused on elevating onboard connectivity and digital experiences for their guests and crew. As Quvias Cruise & Ferry TAM youll be the critical bridge between our customers and commercial teams working to educate and drive the successful implementation of Quvias products which include advanced analytics and AI-powered network management solutions. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our customers needs are not only met but exceeded through expert technical guidance proactive problem solving and unwavering dedication to their success.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background along with excellent communication skills to drive engagement ensure successful onboarding and support long-term customer success. The successful candidate will be required to travel around Europe and elsewhere on a periodic basis 1-2 times per quarter and therefore it is essential that you hold a valid UK or EU passport.
