Role overview:

The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for managing payroll processes across multiple international locations. Key duties will include ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing responding to employee inquiries and collaborating with teams to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.


Main responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update payroll changes (e.g. bank details bonuses absences) on a monthly basis in compliance with company policy.
  • Process the monthly payroll for approval ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Respond to employee and business inquiries related to payroll matters.
  • Prepare and submit tax and third-party payments.
  • Participate in testing for payroll-related regulatory changes.


What are we looking for

  • Degree in Administration Accounting Finance Business or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • SAP experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
  • Solid analytical and organizational abilities.
