We are recruiting for an Assistant Company Secretary to support Experian plc (FTSE 30) and its subsidiary companies on all matters related to Corporate Law Listing Requirements Corporate Governance Shareholder Services and Board Support.

This hybrid role is important to ensure Experian operates to guard our reputation through operating to exceptional ethics and compliance standards. Reporting into the Deputy Company Secretary you will be part of a small London or Dublin-based team.
Qualifications :
What youll need to bring to the role & Experian
- Experience working in a Company Secretariat team within a listed global organisation is preferrable
- Support listed company/large subsidiary obligations and governance frameworks
- Input and oversee necessary internal and external documents and communication with partners
- Operating in an advisory capacity to provide guidance and insight to important partners
- Knowledge of working with boards and board committees.
Work that matters - What youll be doing
- Corporate governance including organising and supporting meetings
- Facilitation and communication of company information to ensure compliance requirements are met
- Legal and regulatory compliance providing advice guidance and insight to key stakeholders
- Filing and reporting to regulatory bodies such as annual reports and statutory documents

- Effective partnering with an ability to work with senior audiences
- Team player with collaboration skills; comfortable working as part of a small team but also collaborating with teams across Experian
- Knowledge of Corporate Governance
- Analyse legal/regulatory challenges
- Able to navigate sensitive information and operate to high ethical standards
- Professional membership of the Chartered Governance Institute is beneficial

- Hybrid - 2 days per week in the London or Dublin office
