What We re Looking For:
- Prior experience in talent acquisition and candidate sourcing is a strong plus
- English proficiency at 90% or higher according to The Office Gurus standards (or equivalent)
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Creative and resourceful in sourcing talent in a competitive market
- Able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with call center operations and the skills required for success in this field is advantageous
- A positive attitude enthusiasm and genuine passion for connecting people with great career opportunities
