Job Description
As a Production Manager at & Other Stories you will secure plan and coordinate production processes so the output is delivered on time within budget and meet the required quality standards. The productions include but are not limited to Fashion campaigns in an Omni setting social media content PR campaigns store experience. Your main responsibility will be with campaign productions with an end-to-end responsibility for both moving content and still images.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Create detailed time plans and processes that are aligned with other functions/teams for the production parts in various projects.
- Communicate to ensure team and other stakeholders are aligned on time plan budget and deliverables.
- Secure a clear and timely handover of production deliverables.
- Make sure to align and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders throughout project.
- Challenge the status quo to ensure optimized productions and cost consciousness.
- Plan and manage budget for assigned deliverables.
- Communicate with local markets to ensure alignment on schedule and deliverables.
- Secure and evaluate the final delivery in terms of quality and within the set timeline and budget.
- Ensure a cross functional way of working.
WHO YOULL WORK WITH
You will collaborate closely with the Creative Team at & Other Stories working cross-functionally with Art Directors Copywriters Stylists digital designers marketing PR and local market teams to bring campaigns to life across multiple platforms.
WHO YOU ARE

Proven experience in production processes for digital media and moving content
Strong knowledge of digital platforms
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with a structured approach
Experience in the fashion and beauty industry is a plus

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is a full-time permanent position based at our Head Office in Stockholm.

In this role you will have the flexibility to work both remotely and from the office. While remote working is part of our offer approx. 4 days per week office presence is required to foster strong collaborations and teamwork.
