What is this role

As the Employee Experience & Office Coordinator at Cirkul youll be the heartbeat of our HQ offices - responsible for creating a warm organized and engaging environment for employees guests and candidates. This role blends office coordination employee experience and event planning. Youll plan internal events be the first impression to guests and ensure our space reflects our culture. Youre a people-first problem solver who takes pride in the details and loves to make others feel welcome and supported.

What does an average day look like

Driving Results:Execute a variety of employee-focused initiatives including onsite events team lunches appreciation programs and company celebrations that contribute to a fun and high-performing work culture. Coordinate logistics for internal meetings leadership visits and candidate interviews.

Taking Ownership: Own the full visitor experience - greet guests and team members manage check-ins and ensure the office is always organized stocked and running smoothly. Take responsibility for maintaining common areas office supplies and employee needs.

Making Decisions: Coordinate and manage logistics for meetings events and corporate travel. Make vendor decisions related to supplies catering and event planning. Prioritize competing needs and find proactive solutions that support office efficiency and a positive employee experience.

Cultivating Relationships:Work cross-functionally with HR Recruiting Security and business leaders to create a collaborative people-first office environment. Represent the Tampa office with professionalism and warmth cultivating positive relationships through proactive support.

Instilling Trust: Manage confidential or sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Provide dependable support that enables others to focus on high-impact work. Ensure our office experience reflects our company values every day.

Customer Focus: Act as an internal ambassador for employee experience. Anticipate needs seek continuous improvement and create a welcoming and efficient workplace that supports productivity and connection.

What background should you have

  • 13 years of experience in office coordination event planning hospitality or employee experience roles
  • Passion for workplace culture people-first environments and employee engagement
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - able to multitask and manage deadlines with ease
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm welcoming demeanor
  • A proactive solutions-oriented mindset - no task is too big or small
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Experience using Google Workspace Slack and other office productivity tools is a plus
