Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects engineers contractors and clients to define project scope and objectives.
- Utilize construction management software such as Prolog and ProCore for project tracking and documentation.
- Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress address issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers negotiating terms as necessary.
- Prepare detailed project reports outlining progress challenges and solutions.
- Implement best practices in construction management to enhance efficiency and quality.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Familiarity with construction management software (Prolog ProCore) is essential.
- Strong understanding of contract management processes and legal considerations in construction.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation of technical drawings.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
