Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to meet manpower needs
  • Develop and implement training programs based on skills gap and business requirements
  • Oversee performance management system and support department heads in setting KPIs
  • Handle employee relations grievances and disciplinary actions in line with labor laws
  • Administer payroll compensation and employee benefits while ensuring statutory compliance
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Support organizational development initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with management and site leadership to align HR practices with business goals
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all labor regulations and audit requirements
  • Lead HR initiatives that support a safe productive and positive work environment on-site

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Prior experience working at site is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws statutory compliance and HR best practices.
  • Fluent in Mandarin English and Bahasa Malaysia in order to have smooth conversation with management from China as well as internal team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
