Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to meet manpower needs
Develop and implement training programs based on skills gap and business requirements
Oversee performance management system and support department heads in setting KPIs
Handle employee relations grievances and disciplinary actions in line with labor laws
Administer payroll compensation and employee benefits while ensuring statutory compliance
Maintain accurate HR records and reports ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Support organizational development initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
Collaborate with management and site leadership to align HR practices with business goals
Monitor and ensure compliance with all labor regulations and audit requirements
Lead HR initiatives that support a safe productive and positive work environment on-site

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.
Prior experience working at site is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of labor laws statutory compliance and HR best practices.
Fluent in Mandarin English and Bahasa Malaysia in order to have smooth conversation with management from China as well as internal team.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
