Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to meet manpower needs
- Develop and implement training programs based on skills gap and business requirements
- Oversee performance management system and support department heads in setting KPIs
- Handle employee relations grievances and disciplinary actions in line with labor laws
- Administer payroll compensation and employee benefits while ensuring statutory compliance
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Support organizational development initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
- Collaborate with management and site leadership to align HR practices with business goals
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all labor regulations and audit requirements
- Lead HR initiatives that support a safe productive and positive work environment on-site
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience working at site is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of labor laws statutory compliance and HR best practices.
- Fluent in Mandarin English and Bahasa Malaysia in order to have smooth conversation with management from China as well as internal team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
