Job Description
Landscaping Services Inc. (LSI) is seeking team-oriented motivated and dependable employees who are looking to grow their career in the landscaping industry! LSI is a national award-winning second-generation family-owned and operated grounds management firm headquartered in Nashville TN since 1988.
We offer Full Time Year-Round employment!

The Crew Leader is a critical part of our team who is responsible for:
- Supervising all maintenance care service activities of the crew ensuring that all crew members have the required safety material that the crews have the training and tools needed to complete the job and that the crews are operating safely at all times.
- Reviewing and managing time sheets.
- Completing a pre-trip inspection report weekly before dispatch at the beginning of the week.
- Coordinating with account managers supervisors customers and employees as needed.
- Using landscaping tools and operating heavy equipment as needed.
- Safely driving crews to and from jobs adhering to Companys safety policy and ensuring that the public will be safe while in contact with crews.
- Cutting lawns using various size power mowers.
- Trimming/edging along walkways driveways and curves.
- Cleaning up areas after trimming using leaf blowers.
- Picking up trash on properties.
- Leaf removal.
- Assist with trimming bushes and clean up.
Skills were seeking:
- At least 1 year of landscaping experience is preferred.
- Management experience is preferred.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen & background check.
- Physical Requirements- Must be able to stand walk crawl stoop kneel crouch use hands and talk or hear. Ability to lift 70 lbs.
