We are looking for an experienced and passionate Inclusive Employment Team Leader within the Bayside Employment Service Area on a full-time basis working Monday to Friday. Our offices will be based across Box Hill Cheltenham Clayton & South Yarra.
As the Team Leader you will lead a dedicated team of Employment Mentors ensuring the provision of services assist participants to overcome employment barriers and secure long-term employment opportunities. You will drive a person-centred approach in the delivery of supports to help participants find meaningful employment matched to their individual plans and goals a very rewarding opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career within the industry.
