Job Description
- Support execution of performance management programs and administer confirmation review process
- Responsible for staff movement including resignation retirement and termination processing and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database
- Responsible to ensure all personal files are updated and manage effectively
- Ensure that all reports are accurate well-structured and aligned with stakeholder requirements enabling data-driven decision-making
- To support and conduct employee engagement activities
- To assist in talent acquisition process - advertising sourcing potential candidates through various platforms arranging interview
- Assist in handling employees disciplinary matters and documentations as and when required.
- Support the payroll processing as necessary
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by manager as and when required
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- At least 3 years working experiences as HR generalist or talent acquisition from retail industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications iPayroll HR2000
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
- A team player pro-active toward work positive mindset high integrity
- Proficiency in English Malays and Mandarin
- Must willing to work at Persiaran Lagoon Sunway City Selangor
