We are seeking a motivated self-starting Solar Appointment Setter with 1-2 years of cold calling experience preferably in the solar or home services industry. Youll play a key role in generating interest in our solar solutions by setting qualified appointments for our sales team. This is a high-opportunity role for individuals who are eager to grow perform and earn.
Minimum Weekly Quota: 10 qualified and ran appointments
Target Performance: 12 qualified and ran appointments per week
Bonus Tier: 15 qualified and ran appointments per week
Consistently meeting or exceeding targets will unlock weekly bonuses higher commissions and advancement opportunities
Conduct outbound calls to homeowners and promote solar energy solutions
Qualify leads based on criteria and schedule appointments for sales reps to close in person
Educate prospects on the benefits of solar in a concise persuasive manner
Track and manage lead activity through CRM software
Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and ensure quality handoffs
Collaborate with the sales team to improve appointment-to-sale conversion
Base Pay: $700-1050
Commission: paid per qualified appointment that runs
Bonuses/Incentives based on performance tiers (see above)
1-2 years of cold calling or inside sales experience (solar preferred)
High level of self-motivation and accountability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and hit weekly performance goals
CRM experience is a plus
Available to work evenings/weekends as needed
