The Role
As a Financial Advisor on the Darwin team youll be central to our mission of delivering adaptive bespoke strategies for high-net-worth clients. This role blends entrepreneurial latitude with the backing of Farthers innovative platform and resources. Youll leverage Darwins private investment platform and proprietary methodology while utilizing Farthers cutting-edge technology to eliminate administrative dragallowing you to focus on high-impact conversations and results-driven execution.
The Darwin team operates under the Farther umbrella giving you access to a robust technology platform operational support and professional development opportunities while maintaining the personalized boutique experience clients expect. This position offers the perfect blend of autonomy and support for advisors who value clarity over complexity innovation over imitation and agility over convention.
Your Impact
- Build authentic long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients leveraging Darwins alternative investment expertise as a key differentiator
- Create personalized wealth strategies blending traditional investments with Darwin Private Solutions to meet clients unique financial goals
- Use Farthers innovative technology platform to eliminate low-value tasks and enhance client service
- Guide clients through market volatility with data-informed communication and strategic portfolio adjustments
- Collaborate with internal specialists to solve complex planning tax and estate challenges
- Participate in intimate client events and curated networking opportunities to expand your professional reach
- Contribute to Darwins growth and evolution of client experience investment philosophy and strategic offerings
The Ideal Match
- Series 65 or equivalent license with a clean U4
- Proven experience in wealth management or financial advisory roles
- Deep understanding of portfolio construction and alternative investment vehicles
- Exceptional communication skills with a passion for simplifying complexity
- Technologically literate and adaptable to new systems
- Relentlessly client-focused with a commitment to putting clients first
Bonus Points
- CFP CFA CAIA or other recognized credentials
- Established client relationships or book of business
- Experience serving high-net-worth individuals and families
- Background in specialized investment areas structured products or custom portfolio design
- Fintech or technology-forward experience
