Location: This position will be fully onsite in Bentonville AR
Youll make an impact by...
- Supporting and ensuring accuracy of Sams Club item level data by playing a pivotal role in the implementation of Sams Clubs new Item Data Management (IDM) application
- Assisting internal users and Sams Club suppliers on how to complete new item setup as well as how to conduct data enrichment on existing items
- Providing guidance in response to formal and informal support requests
- Communicating with internal and external customers to understand needs
- Researching issues and identifying solutions communicating solutions to affected customers and escalating situations as needed
- Partnering with merchant teams and suppliers to monitor category-level data enrichment progress and provide support to help accomplish enterprise level goals
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to effectively manage competing and conflicting priorities
- Sense of urgency accurately communicating issues to leadership
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools especially MS Excel
- Prior experience in customer service and/or customer support role
- Sharp attention to small details
- Ability to function as part of a cohesive team
Minimum Qualifications: Proficient in MS Office Suite
