Director of Recruitment

Lakewood NJ

100 - 140K (DOE & Hours)

Flexible Hours: 9-3 9:30-3:

Position Overview:

A fast growing ABA company is seeking a proactive and hands-on Recruiting Director to lead a team of 78 this high-impact leadership role youll be responsible for driving recruiting performance setting KPIs and holding your team accountable while also stepping in to support and coach as needed. If youre a strong operator who understands what it takes to scale hiring while maintaining a high bar for candidate quality and recruiter engagement we want to hear from you.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Knows how to lead recruiters and build accountability in a fast-paced environment

  • Has full-cycle recruiting experience and can step in to pitch call or close if needed

  • Understands metrics and how to translate recruiting data into performance improvement

  • Skilled in building process structure and a results-driven team culture

  • Flexible approachable and clear on what success looks like

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coach a team of 78 recruiters across multiple departments

  • Set weekly/monthly recruiting goals and ensure accountability

  • Drive the full hiring funneltrack activity productivity and success rates

  • Step in on calls help pitch roles and troubleshoot tough fills

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with hiring managers to define staffing needs and hiring priorities

  • Continuously improve recruiting workflows tools and strategies

  • Own team performance morale and training initiatives

Qualifications and Must-Haves:

  • 5 years in recruiting with at least 2 years of management experience

  • Proven success managing a team and delivering on hiring goals

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Deep understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing strategy

  • Comfortable with ATS and reporting tools

  • Industry experience in healthcare home care or ABA is a plus
