Profile and Qualifications:
Sales experience
English language mandatory.
Experience in Flex Living or Hospitality desirable
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Systems like CRM excel and PMS highly desirable
We are seeking a sales professional who is resourceful organized methodical proactive and takes initiative. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills strong work ethic conviction capacity positive mindset adaptability optimism personal maturity and demonstrate rigor in carrying out their responsibilities. Additionally they should enjoy working as part of a team.
Mission:
To launch our newest asset in Barakaldo. Being the sales person in charge of the commercialization of more than 639 units being the go-to person of lead management tour management leasing process and Booking confirmation. Your objective is to speed up the leasing of the asset being the first and unique commercial.
You need to help to develop the commercial strategies aimed at building customer loyalty and increasing occupancy of our property portfolio in the assigned area. This means working closely with the marketing operations and central sales team in Madrid.
How your day looks like:
Contact and manage the inbound channels like idealista web and other lead sources
Contact (call) around 20 to 30 leads per day
Book a visit to the asset with the maximum number of leads
Manage the visit showing the asset and the show flats
Organize the post visit and manage client expectations
Report results in daily calls with your sales manager
Be the responsible of the asset leasing performance
Main Responsibilities:
Full ownership over the leasing performance of the asset with a weekly target of leases to achieve
Improve the commercial proposition by connecting with operation and marketings
Conduct competition analysis and provide value information to your sales manager in Madrid
Provide information to current and prospective customers regarding the features and amenities of the properties in order to optimize the sales process.
