Job Description
- 8 years of experience in media localization with a strong focus on operational workflows.
- Proven ability to analyze existing operational processes identify inefficiencies and propose innovative workflow solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. engineering project management operations) to implement solutions.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
- Extensive experience optimizing complex content workflows particularly those involving localization and media accessibility processes.
- Experience working for a media localization or content services vendor or as a freelancer supporting multiple clients.
- Demonstrated passion for and proactive engagement with emerging technologies and their potential applications in media operations.
- Experience exploring evaluating or applying ML tools or concepts to optimize media workflows.
- Understanding of post-production audio workflows
- Familiarity with asset management systems or workflow automation tools.
- Strong analytical strategic thinking and interpersonal skills.
- Additional language skills; proficiency in Spanish and/or Japanese desired
