Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement project plans ensuring alignment with real estate development goals.
- Prepare detailed engineering designs for site development infrastructure and utilities.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations related to civil engineering and construction.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for projects.
Site Evaluation:
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed projects.
- Analyze soil conditions environmental impact and other factors influencing design decisions.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with architects surveyors and other professionals to integrate engineering components into overall project plans.
- Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to facilitate the smooth execution of projects.
Budget Management:
- Develop project budgets and timelines ensuring projects are completed within allocated resources.

Quality Assurance:
