You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Junior Account Executive at Tacto youll own the complete sales cycle for SME accounts bridging the gap between lead generation and full E2E sales. This role gives you hands-on closing experience while building your foundation as a complete sales professional. Youll directly contribute to our revenue growth by converting qualified opportunities into customers making you an essential driver of Tactos market expansion in the industrial supply chain space.
In this role youll require and develop comprehensive skills across the entire sales cycle:
Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the complete sales process from qualification to closing for accounts giving you valuable deal closure experience
Pipeline Building: Develop your own prospect base through targeted outbound approaches while also contributing to inbound lead generation strategies
Value Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations that clearly articulate our solutions value proposition to prospective customers
Business Case Development: Create compelling ROI analyses that help decision-makers understand the tangible benefits of implementing Tacto
Sales Execution: Navigate the complete closing process including handling objections negotiating terms and finalizing contracts. Well train and support you along the entire way.
Customer Intelligence: Gather market insights and feedback to help refine our product and go-to-market strategies
Process Refinement: Contribute to optimizing our sales methodologies by testing approaches and documenting successful tactics
You are motivated to build something from the ground up and enjoy working hands-on in a dynamic startup environment
You have initial experience in B2B Software sales (1-2 years) ideally in an industrial or technical environment and show strong skills in applying sales methodologies such as MEDDIC
You enjoy talking to customers are persuasive and take a diligent approach to ensure customer satisfaction
You thrive in both prospecting and deal-closing environments with a natural ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
You are tech-savvy and have experience with CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot) and sales metrics
You are solution-oriented and pragmatic when addressing customer challenges
Ideally you have some exposure to or interest in procurement and supply chain topics
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
