POSITION SUMMARY
The role of Lead IT Support Technician performs a variety of technical tasks and duties relating to the installation diagnosis repair and maintenance of all technology computers and software components and conjunction these tasks will be expected to be performed with an important level of social and intrapersonal skills as demonstrated through communication teamwork and collaboration.
