Job Title: IT Service Delivery Technician III
Location: Thomasville GA 31792 (Onsite)
Duration: 12 months (with possible extension & Conversion)
Schedule: Monday Friday 7 AM 4 PM
PPE Required: Safety toe shoes
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Technician III to join our onsite IT operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth technical operations by providing advanced hands-on support troubleshooting and service management for end users and IT systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide tier II/III technical support for hardware software and network issues.
- Install configure and maintain desktops laptops printers and other peripherals.
- Manage and resolve service tickets promptly maintaining SLA compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on projects such as network upgrades AV and manufacturing systems support.
- Document service requests resolutions and maintain accurate equipment inventory.
- Provide user training and communicate IT updates effectively.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with IT standards and security policies.
- Identify and implement service improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field; or equivalent experience (3 5 years).
- Strong knowledge of hardware networking and Windows OS troubleshooting.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A MCP or ITIL Foundation preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Service Desk / IT Support within manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems asset management and ITIL-based service delivery.
- Exposure to network UPS and AV system support.
