Position: Full-Time; MA/MS
Salary: $60000 - $72600 annually (3 levels based on experience and education)

Job Summary
The Program Manager will oversee support direct and manage multiple supervisors responsible for the agencys diverse services contracts programs projects and initiatives that have been assigned to their division. This includes management of budgets execution of assigned contracts innovative and strategic efforts aimed at developing and expanding our current capacities and practices as well as exploring and securing pathways for further expansion and development of new projects and contracts. This division and position provides affirming services to a variety of individuals 10 - 25 including system involved BIPOC LGBTQ and trauma-impacted individuals and families.
What Youll Do:
- Oversee budget and revenue management of assigned contracts in partnership with our agencys business and finances teams
- Establish manage and expand referral systems and pathways for program participants to engage in our services
- Ensure the fidelity and quality of person-centered trauma-informed and data/evidence informed practices being delivered throughout assigned projects and programs to include the highest quality level of participant engagement and service delivery.
- Oversee the outcomes and effectiveness of the contract activities. If needed modify and adapt program operation in accordance with contractual requirements to meet optimal performance outcomes in partnership with contract managers
- Ensure the timeliness of all contract and agency required reports data entry and other deliverables
- Ensure that client records documentation and billing is timely submitted accurate and maintained according to agency and contract standards
- Ensure that subordinate staff receive orientation to the agency and program receive on-going training as needed and are provided the knowledge and skills to successfully accomplish position responsibilities
- Assist in research writing and defending proposals for program funding and expansion of services including grant writing efforts etc.
- Participate in agency-wide after hours crisis on-call services unless otherwise exempted
- Operate in both traditional and non-traditional work / office hours
What You Need:
- Masters degree in Social Work Guidance and Counseling Counseling Psychology Sociology or Criminology from an accredited College or University
- Minimum of two years of formal managerial or supervisory experience working with teams of 10 individuals.
- Minimum of three years experience working with youth and/or adults in the following service areas and/or populations: substance use & recovery homelessness LGBTQ community system involved (juvenile justice protective services etc.) BIPOC/underrepresented mental health treatment trauma-informed care learning disabilities etc.
- Experience also needs to reflect experience in child welfare or family preservation services.
