The Clients and Markets team is dedicated to enabling business growth by developing strategic initiatives that contribute to the Firms go to market strategy and enhance market presence. They specialise in crafting and implementing innovative campaigns that highlight the firms unique value propositions ensuring robust engagement with target audiences. By analysing market trends and client feedback the team positions the firm advantageously within competitive landscapes. They collaborate closely with partners equipping them with the insights and tools necessary to strengthen client relationships and optimise engagement strategies. Ultimately this team acts as a catalyst for growth driving success through exceptional client experiences and strategic market positioning.

About the Role

Responsible for supporting the Line of Service Business Markets Lead and Business Markets Director to drive and enable the impact of the Clients & Markets strategy and initiatives in the Line of Service.

Your impact will be seen by:

Program implementation and agile support:

  • Support the Line of Service Business Markets Lead and C&M Director to deliver on the Line of Service C&M strategy
  • Support the activation of Marketing initiatives within the Line of Service driving and enabling the right behaviour and activity to maximise the effectiveness of implementation with account teams and LCPs
  • Agile support for the LoS C&M team leaning in to support initiatives based on prioritisation and business needs (eg report building presentation decks pursuits insights coordination of insights/content)

Operations Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track and report on C&M initiatives through Salesforce
  • Assist in the planning execution and monitoring of initiatives to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
  • Coordinate with team members and clients to gather necessary information and provide project updates
  • Plan and prepare for key meetings and reporting requirements (including Leadership Teams QBRs regular and ad-hoc reporting cycles)
  • Support to maintain systems of knowledge
  • Document standard operating procedures for the LoS C&M function and update them as processes evolve to support consistency and onboarding

About You

  • 5 years in a professional services industry or similar complexity
  • Experience with pipeline reporting salesforce and other PwC systems
  • Strong MSFT office experience and capability primarily PPT and Excel
  • A strong project manager highly organised who is highly collaborative builds relationships with the ability to deliver on multiple streams of activity
  • High attention to detail strong written and verbal communication skills and commitment to continuous learning and development to contribute to the firms best practice events
  • Action-Oriented takes initiative is resilient a problem solver and thrives in driving conversations to successful outcomes (connecting the dots)
  • Ability to analyse data and turn it into actionable insights
