Job Summary:
Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Service Person to join the Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth building strong customer relationships and contributing to the achievement of overall sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Customer Relationship Management:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
2. Sales Targets:
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the teams overall sales goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
3. Market Intelligence:
- Gather market information and competitor intelligence to inform sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
4. Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements
Requirements:
1. completed a degree program.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Sales experience (internship or part-time experience is an advantage).
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
