Job Description

Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end training programs
- Lead trainers and supervisors
- Oversee materials reporting and calibration
- Oversee the end-to-end training process including new hire onboarding upskilling cross-skilling and leadership development programs.
- Collaborate with Operations Quality and Client Services to identify training needs and performance gaps.
- Develop and maintain training materials modules and documentation in line with client and company standards.
- Lead coach and manage a team of Trainers and Training Supervisors to ensure effective delivery and consistency.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments feedback and performance metrics; implement improvements as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of training progress completion rates and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular training audits and calibrations to maintain quality and compliance.
- Support client calibration sessions and participate in business reviews as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends tools and best practices in training and development.
Must-Haves / Non-Negotiables:
- 2 years as Training Manager
- Background in banking/finance & multiple accounts
