Job Description

EXPORT MANAGER / MERCHENDISER

Salary Range :- 7 lac to 12 lac & Other Monitory Benefits

Gender :- Female

Experience :- 05 to 10 yrs

Age :- 35 - 50 yrs

.

KEY RESULT AREAS

1

To explore & initiate business activities in new countries

2

To grow the existing business portfolio

3

To search new customers in countries where business is existing & add new products to the existing customers

4

To regularly participate in tender in assigned territories

5

Analysis of Export sales data EXIM & IMS

6

Search & finalise distributor in the new business countries with the use of social media like LinkedIn etc.

7

Coordinate it contribute for new agreements & update existing agreement with customers in assigned countries

8

Create & maintain sales data of our as well as competitors for analysis as & when required

9

Search analyse & add new products in existing country

10

Looking out for Tender opportunities within the assigned territories for new tender

11

Documentation of tender Performance bond & Bid security application for all new tenders as per requirement

12

Create & maintain database of all past tenders in each country

13

Follow up on the new Purchase order from customers

14

Follow up with regulatory department for the dossier related queries & product development updates

15

Follow up with Logistics team on the shipment of goods

16

Follow up with Planning team for timely manufacturing & supply of goods

17

Any other work assigned by superiors

Coordination with different stakeholders PMT Logistics Planning. Regulatory & Accounts

Market expertise Country specific requirements Know how about the market under development Knowledge about regulatory affairs & commercial terms

Ensuring Continentwise Revenue Generation &Timely collection of Outstanding

Weekly Report regarding High performers list v/s Low performers Plan of action for bringing Low performers to the levels of high performers

Ensure the Export Team Discipline & HR Policy Rules Adherance

Handling Work related Escalation

MONTHLY MIS presparations & presentation to Top Management

Planning and developing merchandising strategies

Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives

Analyse sales figures customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock

Collaborate with buyers suppliers distributors and analysts to negotiate prices quantities and time-scales

Maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately

44

Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory

45

Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets

46

Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns promotions price changes clear outs etc

47

Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

48

Remain up to date with industry’s best practices

Requirements and skills

Proven working experience in merchandising

50

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage inform and motivate

51

Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices

52

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

53

Strong listening presentation and decision making skills

54

Commercial acumen and the ability to “decode” customers

55

BS degree in Marketing or related field
