Job Description
Experience
- 3 5 years of hands-on geotechnical project experience.
- Strong background in:
- Shallow and deep foundation analysis (bearing capacity settlement axial/lateral loading).
- Slope stability evaluations and wall foundation design.
- Pavement design and soil behavior assessments.
- Experience with geotechnical software: FB-Deep LPILE GRLWEAP APILE FB-Multipier GeoStudio etc.
- Previous work on heavy civil infrastructure projects (preferred but not required).
- Clear confident communicator - both written and verbal.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
- Well-organized efficient and reliable - especially under pressure.
- Safety-first approach to fieldwork and design reviews.
- A team player who also thrives independently.
- PE license is highly preferred or the ability to obtain one within a mutually agreed-upon timeframe.
- Active participation in professional engineering associations is a plus.
