The ideal candidate for the Imaging Equipment Service Manager role is a seasoned leader with at least five years of experience in medical equipment service management. They possess a strong technical background and demonstrate exceptional operational and business management skills. This individual excels at leading in-house imaging service teams ensuring regulatory compliance and driving performance through KPIs and SLAs. They are a strategic communicator who can effectively liaise between field teams customers and corporate leadership while also managing escalations and fostering continuous improvement. A successful candidate is also highly organized financially savvy and comfortable with travel and flexible scheduling to support regional operations.
This manager role will oversee medical devices specific to diagnostic imaging support and projects. Accountable for the provision of quality services within assigned area(s) of responsibility. Responsible for resource planning and development fiscal performance/budget management and the attainment of specific organizational collaboration with the Director assumes responsibility for the development of site/service goals providing input and management of the budget and collaboration with the other team members to continually improve services and support of the management team. Along with other Managers develops policies and procedures to support the site/service and the provision of quality services. As part of the Digital Services (DS) management team participates in the overall business planning and developing organization budgets policies and operating procedures.
