Were seeking a Senior Advisor - Breach Assessment & Reporting to join our this role youll provide specialist support and management across Insurance for all incidents and breaches ensuring compliance risks are effectively managed within appetite. Youll be responsible for completing breach assessments and supporting the management of incidents identified in Insurance including reporting to regulators and driving ongoing prevention efforts. This is a key role in safeguarding operational integrity and promoting a strong risk culture across our Insurance operations.

What youll do

  • Perform and support Incident and Breach management activities across Insurance
  • Conduct breach assessments and report to regulators where required
  • Provide strong subject matter expertise and technical knowledge on the regulatory compliance environment obligations licences GI Code of Practice requirements
  • Identify and work with key stakeholders to embed monitor and review the compliance obligations frameworks and processes across Insurance when relevant to Incident and Breach Management
  • Promote strong risk culture and awareness of breach obligations
  • Maintain accurate records and deliver actionable insights
  • Drive continuous improvement simplification and automation
  • Coach and train teams on breach management best practices

What youll bring

  • Degree in Risk Compliance Business Finance or related field (preferred)
  • 5 years experience in Operational Risk & Compliance in Insurance/Financial Services (required)
  • Solid understanding of Insurance regulatory environment
  • Experience in incident/breach management (preferred)
