In this role youll support a sophisticated litigation practice with a strong emphasis on commercial landlord/tenantdisputes unlawful detainers and construction defect cases. Youll manage all aspects of litigation supportfrom e-discovery and document management to preparing subpoenas and organizing exhibits. The team works closely together so expect regular Zooms strategy sessions and a culture that values initiative over micromanagement.
What Youll Need to Succeed:
- Paralegal Certificate and compliance with BPC 6450(c)
- 7 years litigation experience with strong real estate exposure
- Deep familiarity with court rules and e-filing in state and federal jurisdictions
- Comfort with discovery tools like Relativity or Novus
- Advanced Word and Outlook skills; NetDocuments a plus
- Tech-savvy proactive and organized under pressure
- Client-focused with strong interpersonal skills
