You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Digital Sales Specialist with fluency in German and English to join our growing team in this role you will engage with business clients identify opportunities and drive digital sales growth. You will play a key part in expanding client portfolios and contributing to long-term partnerships within the tech and digital advertising sectors.
Drive business development lead generation and qualification to identify and pursue new B2B opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
Develop present and negotiate commercial proposals to maximize revenue opportunities.
Manage and nurture the sales pipeline ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
Collaborate with internal teams to align on client strategies and ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
Stay updated on industry trends digital advertising solutions and competitor activity.
Fluency in German (C1) and English (C1).
Minimum 2 years of sales experience ideally within the tech or digital advertising space.
Solid knowledge of business development lead generation and qualification methodologies.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
Base Salary: 4300 BGN gross/month
Target Bonus: up to 2000 BGN gross/month
Hybrid work model (Sofia-based)
Travel refund of up to 490 BGN after 6 months (documentation required: e-ticket invoice; approvals needed with the offer approvals).
10 nights in a city-center hotel (breakfast included; booked and paid directly by the company).
Advance in salary of 1056 BGN deducted in 3 equal installments of 352 BGN monthly (starting with the first full salary). The advance will be processed within 5 working days after providing an active bank account to HR.
