We teach all levels of dont think you must be a Calculus guru to work for Mathnasium! In fact the majority of our learners are in elementary or middle school and need help with foundational mathematic concepts and practice.
We dont need you to have a degree we dont need you to be the master of math we just need you to care about learners and willing to learn how to help them become successful.
We offer amazing evening hours (after school) and are a great fit for university students looking for a great work environment as well as adults who want to be an integral part of the success of others. We are seeking someone who is available from 3:00 to 6:30 Monday Thursday plus Saturdays 10am Noon.

We provide ALL the training necessary in effective teaching methodologies and provide all necessary curriculum and instructional tools to teach with. Job Responsibilities:
- Lead coach and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
- Assess students learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
- Communicate student progress with parents and guardians
- Teach/tutor using the Mathnasium Method terminology and teaching practices
- Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
- Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Able to explain math up through Algebra I
- Available Monday Thursday 3:00 6:30 & Saturday 10am - Noon
- Passion for working with students
- Excellent interpersonal skills and building rapport
- Eagerness to learn and be trained

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing LLC (Mathnasium). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center the franchisee will be your employer not Mathnasium.
