Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Developer to join our dynamic team in Amsterdam. This role demands strong experience in payroll processes SAP HR Payroll and ECP systems along with a proactive and agile approach to product development. The ideal candidate will be capable of leading complex topics coaching others and contributing significantly to ongoing implementations and support initiatives.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
6 8 years of relevant experience in payroll processes and SAP HR Payroll.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
Fluent in Dutch (preferred) to facilitate work with Dutch CLAs.
Deep understanding of payroll configuration and implementation standards.
Agile development experience preferably in a product development environment.
Location: Hybrid (On-site & Remote) Netherlands
