Job Description
We are currently looking for a Shopify Developer for one of our esteemed local clients. As a Shopify Developer you will be responsible for planning and developing the technical solutions that help our clients meet their goals.
Tasks
- Design development and optimization of custom Shopify themes and apps using Liquid JavaScript HTML and CSS.
- Highly proficient knowledge of Shopify liquid code and its advanced concepts.
- Collaborating with the UX and UI design teams to produce seamless robust and innovative front-end user experiences
- Understanding business needs that drive project features & functions and provide internal consultation
- Write clean high-quality and testable code while enforcing coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborating with the UX and UI design teams to produce seamless robust and innovative front-end user experiences
- Able to develop Shopify apps
Requirements
Education Required
- or in Computer Science
- Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Experience Required
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Frontend development on Ecommerce site using Shopify.
- Strong knowledge of liquid template language.
- Strong understanding of Shopify Theme 2.0 architecture including JSON Customizer and use of metaobjects.
- Act as Shopify expert specializing in all facets of the ecommerce platform.
- Clear concept of creating Shopify UI extension & its Use case.
- Familiarity with Shopify APIs app integrations Shopify Flow and webhooks.
- Experience with Shopify Plus Platform is plus.
- Able to create Shopify apps
Additional Requirements
- Knowledge of React frameworks (RemixJS) TypeScript TailwindCSS is plus.
- Version control knowledge (Git) is a plus.
- Experience with Shopifys CLI is pluS.
- Knowledge in other ecommerce platform like Magento woocommerce BigCommerce will be added advantage
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
