Tasks
- Built strong B2B partnerships with private banks wealth managers and family offices.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to strengthen our market presence and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify potential customers and business opportunities through targeted market analysis and networking activities.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through professional consulting and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams including product development and marketing to understand customer requirements and offer solutions.
- Lead and develop the sales team to maximize their performance and goal achievement.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related fields (top tier universities preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of financial services preferably in the private banking or wealth management industry.
- Demonstrated track record of acquiring new clients and building long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent knowledge of private market investments particularly in the area of private equity private debt or real assets.
- Experience in building and leading a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
