Job Summary

A seed-stage healthcare startup is transforming outpatient clinic operations through AI-powered automationstreamlining scheduling intake and patient communication. With strong customer traction and a $20M valuation the company is scaling rapidly and hiring its first non-technical leader to own go-to-market strategy and drive revenue growth.

This is a high-ownership role for a scrappy strategic operator who thrives in conservative high-stakes markets. Youll work directly with the CEO influence positioning and lead demand generation across specialty practices like pediatrics OB/GYN rheumatology and dentistry.

Tasks

  • Design and execute specialty-specific marketing campaigns
  • Build repeatable demand generation programs to fill the pipeline
  • Create sales enablement content: case studies pitch decks one-pagers
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO at a co-CEO level of involvement
  • Test scale and iterate high-budget marketing bets with speed and precision

Requirements

  • 510 years in healthcare sales consulting or go-to-market roles at top health startups
  • Experience targeting private outpatient clinics
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and drive revenue
  • Skilled in crafting trust-building sales materials
  • Comfortable operating independently and influencing executive strategy

Benefits
