Our product
Dealflow is a next-generation invoicing platform for online entrepreneurs that helps them send and pay invoices in one place with lower payment fees real-time credit and workflow automation.

This role in short: Be the right hand man to the CEO get 2 - 7% equity depending on the match grow into a leader and shape the future of finance for entrepreneurs everywhere. Our goal is to make sure you get your financial freedom after Dealflow.
Tasks
What were looking for in general
- Spiritual maturity: A truly good person with a strong character equally strong values and an ability to build trusting relationships in a high-stress environment. This is a must for us as we value spiritual capitalism.
- Analytical intelligence: Analytical genius who is highly comfortable with numbers. You should be a tech-savvy and highly intelligent professional experienced with automation and an obsession for details. Learning fast is your superpower.
- Hunger: We are exceptionally motivated people with a strong growth mindset and a bravery that allows us to aim for #1. The only way to thrive in our team is to bring the same or even more hunger to the table. We do not match well with fixed mindsets.
- International mindset and growth oriented personality with a strong tendency to thrive outside the comfort zone.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Native-level performance in english is required. Highly proficient with financial lingo and terms is also required
Responsibilities
Finance and FinOps
- Weekly / monthly accounting payroll and annual audits
- Financial modelling budgeting forecasting and fundraising support
- Pay close attention to our PnL and help optimise the margins
- Maintain our treasury with rigor and obsession over detail
- Manual payouts to customers and manual debt collection
- General FinOps
- Customer support
Compliance and risk management
- Stay on top of all relevant compliance requirements
- Monitor all transactions for potential risks through Jarvis our company AI.
- Form our first line of defence against fraud
- Work hand in hand with our compliance expert
Credit
- Establish and maintain our credit line
- Take ownership of our credit scoring algorithms
- Ensure that we hit our default rate targets.
- Stay on top of all relevant topics
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as an operator in a ScaleUp. Bonus points for:
- Exposure to FinTech ()
- Exposure to fundraising
- Exposure to international payments
- Exposure to credit and SMB lending
- Exposure to accounting
3 years of experience in the following data modelling tools
- Python SQL Excel
- Bonus points for exposure to tools like Metabase ETL-tools similar to Weld etc.
- Bonus exposure to data pipelines
3 years of relevant experience from top tier IB management consulting or a high growth startup environment
Relevant tier 1 Bachelor / Master program required. We make an individual assessment for each case on what relevant tier 1 means. We do also make exceptions here in rare cases.

How will we assess things
We care about many cases we might learn more about you from the questions you ask us than we do from the questions we ask you.
Our steps:
- Initial interview with Seb (30 - 45 minutes). Lets talk about what makes you you. And your accomplishments so far.
- Technical challenge.
- Final interview with Seb (1h)
- Reference call with 3 of your (former) colleagues. At the same time youll get to talk to one of our investors and one of our advisors. There you can ask any question you like.
