We are seeking a target-driven and passionate Medical Sales Representative to join our growing sales team on Lagos Island. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in the sale of medical laboratory or hospital equipment and possess a deep understanding of healthcare client needs. This role involves building strong client relationships driving territory sales and increasing brand visibility within the assigned area.
Manage and grow sales accounts within the Lagos Island territory
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with hospitals clinics laboratories and healthcare professionals
Conduct effective product presentations and technical demonstrations to potential clients
Identify and convert new business opportunities to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Provide timely sales forecasts pipeline updates and market intelligence reports to management
Stay informed on the latest developments in medical equipment and healthcare technology
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery support and client satisfaction
Minimum of 2 years experience in medical equipment sales (experience in laboratory hospital equipment or HMOs is a strong advantage)
HND Medical Sciences Biomedical Engineering Biological Sciences or related disciplines
Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare operations
Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage customer accounts independently
Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
Self-driven proactive and results-oriented with the ability to thrive under pressure
Must reside on or have easy access to Lagos Island
Competitive base salary of 120000 (Net)
Monthly transport allowance of 30000
