Whats the role
This is your opportunity to shape the future of how risk governance and transformation come to life in Technology. Youll lead the strategic uplift of our Business Control & Monitoring (BCM) functiondriving digitisation automation and simplification at scale. Youll design and embed codified control frameworks automated testing mechanism and real-time dashboards that transform how technology risk and compliance are managed across platforms. From policy-as-code to AI-enabled assurance this is a rare opportunity to shape the future of proactive risk management.
Youll also steer critical programs like Privacy Risk CPS230 and Records Management ensuring theyre not just deliveredbut embedded with lasting impact. Based in Sydney this full-time role is built for a bold thinker ready to lead from the front.
What do I need
Were after a strategic operator with the vision and influence to lead change across a complex landscape. Youll bring:
- Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide transformation and remediation programs.
- Experience designing automated control frameworks including testing automation codified control libraries and integration into delivery pipelines.
- Deep understanding of risk control assurance and compliance / control architecture in complex tech environments.
- Experience embedding GRC into operational systems and value streams.
- Executive-level communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
