Job Summary
Ray Laethem is a leader in the automotive industry committed to providing an exceptional car buying experience for our customers. With a strong reputation for quality service were looking for a driven and experienced Finance Manager to join our team.
Job Summary: As an Automotive Finance Manager you will be responsible for presenting finance and insurance products to customers securing funding through lender partners and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a deep understanding of F&I products compliance regulations and a strong desire to close deals efficiently and ethically.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and sell finance lease and insurance programs to customers
- Secure and maintain relationships with banks credit unions and other lending institutions
- Submit deals to lenders obtain approvals and track funding
- Ensure all deals comply with local state and federal laws and regulations
- Accurately complete all F&I paperwork and submit to accounting in a timely manner
- Achieve and exceed dealership finance and product penetration goals
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
- Stay up to date on lender programs compliance requirements and industry trends
Qualifications:
- 2 plus years of experience in automotive F&I is preferred
- Proven track record of high sales performance in any industry
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Detail oriented and organized with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in dealership management systems DMS and finance software
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
