We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning organizing and executing events while ensuring that each occasion reflects Captura Halls standard of excellence. You will work closely with clients vendors and internal staff to ensure smooth and successful event operations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution from concept to completion
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event process
Manage timelines budgets and logistics to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction
Collaborate with vendors caterers decorators and entertainment providers
Supervise on-site event setup execution and breakdown
Anticipate and resolve potential issues to maintain event quality
Ensure compliance with safety health and venue regulations
Maintain accurate records and post-event reports
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Communications or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
