Now were hiring a Technical Delivery Manager Engineering to lead cross-functional software engineering teams that deliver impactful solutions powering our resort operations and guest experiences.

Your Impact
- Lead day-to-day operations of engineering squads ensuring delivery aligns with business priorities and timelines
- Collaborate with product and design leaders to define scope roadmap and feature prioritization
- Drive execution across cycles backlogs and releases using tools like Linear and Monday
- Innovate through the use of Generative AI in the development process to increase productivity and speed.
- Facilitate sprint planning reviews retrospectives and stakeholder updates to ensure transparency and alignment
- Coach and mentor software engineers fostering growth in technical depth product thinking and delivery habits
- Build a team culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement
- Provide architectural input and ensure engineering best practices across codebases and deployments
- Champion performance reliability and scalability in application design and infrastructure
- Partner with QA DevOps and security to integrate testing monitoring and compliance into development workflows
What You Bring
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field
- 7 years of software development experience with 2 years in a leadership delivery or engineering management role
- Proven ability to lead agile teams and deliver complex projects in fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of full-stack development CI/CD practices and cloud-based architectures (AWS preferred)
- Excellent project management skills with experience driving technical roadmaps to completion
- Exceptional communication stakeholder alignment and people leadership abilities
- Bonus: Experience in hospitality eCommerce or platform-based SaaS environments
